More catch up!

We've been getting new baby calfs for awhile now.  The girls LOVE them!  Sophie was pretty excited to go check out our newest addition and try to pet him.  The calf was pretty skittish tho and ran off to his momma.
The girls enjoying some finger painting.
Every once in awhile I set up my salon in the laundry room and do hair clients.  The girls sometimes are amazing and behave well....this was one of those times.  They watched a movie on the ipad then put themselves down for a nap.  OHHHH how I love them!
This was a Costco run that ended with the girls being spoiled with flowers.  Sophie has been an a huge flower kick lately.  She asked me in a whisper if we could buy flowers.  I was being a total party pooper and told her we would buy some another time.  But, her Daddy overheard her ask and bought her and Ellie these beautiful flowers!  Sophie was in HEAVEN...Ellie on the hand tore the petals off of any of the flowers she got a hold of! =)
Miss Ellie Jo has got a real love for doing peoples hair lately.  She will brush anyone's hair!
This was one of my being a parent heart attack days!  I put Miss El down for a nap and went in later to check on her.  She was NO WHERE to be found! I was very close to panicking when I saw a small movement of the crib skirt.....there is where I found this little munchkin....in a deep sleep! =)

A few days later we had an almost replay.  This time when I checked on our napping princess and she wasn't in sight I knew right where to look.  Except she wasn't there!  I, again, almost went in to panic mode when I heard her giggling.  This time she was under their play table and she was laughing at me while I looked for her!  Little Bugger!
Again with the play doh!  Sophie was so proud of the Olaf she made.  "Mom look I made Olaf....see his carrot nose?" =)
Our girls never cease to amaze us!  Miss Sophie Anne decided she would write the Alphabet.  I helped her thru the Alphabet a small amount (although I think she was more quizzing me then needed help), and had to show her how to write a couple of the letters.  But, she seriously was close to accomplishing this on her own!  She is such a smart little lady!
El and I have a lot of Ipad play time some days while we wait for Sophie to finish up her Speech Therapy class.  El kept telling me "picture" this day so we snapped a selfie.
Another selfie on a different day, with my beautiful brunette daughter!  Alex and I are pretty lucky!!
