I made the HUGE mistake of starting to feed Ellie Jo food from the dinner table (haha like she is a pet right) NOW the little stinker doesn't eat her baby food well at all. Today I made up her favorite, bananas and cereal, and the little stink wouldn't open her mouth. After many tries I gave up and said "fine feed yourself".....so she did!

What started out not so bad...

got more messy.....

and more messy....

and even more.... somewhere through it all she figured out she could shove more in her mouth at once with her hand rather than her spoon! =)

She was one messy kid and was taking to a post-lunch bathe afterwards.

On another note: Yes my kids has a big bump/bruise on her forehead. Somehow she managed to bump the heck out of her forehead on an end table bottom shelf. I am not sure how it ended up so bad since she was already on the floor when the incident occurred. But, she is one tough little girl!

As for this little "angel" she had a play date with Mr. Tucson. They did not take kindly to me trying to snap pictures so this is all I got! She has been quite the character lately.

Last night she put on a concert for Alex and I as her and Ellie got their night bathes. She used the shovel(toy sand shovel) as her guitar and rocked out to her own beautifully written songs. At the end of each we applauded and she took a bow like a true musician chanting "thank you thank you". Miss Ellie Jo watched with bright eyes and clapped numerous times! =) This went on for a good 15 or 20 minutes....oh the entertainment!!

( I did think of grabbing the camera for pictures and or video, but even if I would've I always find it a war in my head to post bathe time pictures or not, so I probably wouldn't be sharing them even if they did exist.)
