Our little "Angel" ready to go to the pumpkin patch! *This cute little outfit will never appear white on top again...this kid LOVES dirt way too much!
All of the Robertson Clan (minus our nephew Max) went with us. I think this was Sophie's favorite person there! She loves loves loves her cousin Charlie! It is pretty cute to watch them, he is so good with playing with her.
We started the day off pretty grumpy so it was hard to get smiles from this little brat! =) This was probably the 10th picture I took in this setting and finally she smiled!
Aunt Mary, Grandma Fran, and Charlie took Sophie through her first petting zoo! She enjoyed it a lot!
Well she enjoyed it a lot, until another little girl decided to pet Sophie's animal then apparently she got pretty ticked off....just look at that mug!
Sophie with the pigs...yea(note the sarcasm)
She was pretty hesitant to pet the sheep or llamas, she just could care less at this point in the petting zoo fun!
There stand the old grumps that didn't go through the petting zoo.
My little Family! =) As you all know it's impossible to get a good shot with both Alex and Sophie looking and smiling at the camera! Let's hope this next little munchkin is better at picture taking.
Charlie and Sophie played on the straw stack for a long time...A LONG TIME. I'm pretty sure Charlie was just being a good sport and letting Sophie enjoy it.
She thought it was a blast!
We had a hard time getting her off and even after moving on to the next adventure she tried to high tail it right back to the straw stack!
Sophie had to get some time on a tractor. (Grandpa Terry pictures =)...)
Isn't she tooo dang cute?
We finally made it to the actual pumpkin patch! Although Sophie spent more time playing in the dirt than looking for pumpkins, I did manage to snap a couple cute pictures of her pumpkin searching. As hard as she tried, she just couldn't lift this pumpkin!
So she settled for the smaller ones that Charlie found for her! She struggled a little with them at first but then....
...offer the little thing help and NOPE she can do it! Haha she had a hard time carrying both pumpkins, but she seemed determined to do it.
After loading up everyone's pumpkins Sophie was tuckered out and figured she'd just catch a ride back to the car.
But, there were a few unscheduled stops, good thing she had stuff to occupy her through the wait of Alex trying to find his perfect pumpkin! NOTE: I WILL conquer at the pumpkin carving contest this year I WILL!!!!
She quite enjoyed riding on the pumpkins. I didn't think it looked to cozy, but apparently a Bugaboos can snuggle right into a load of pumpkins!
AND we finally left the pumpkin patch!
Sophie finally got off her high pumpkins! ;) And got to work!
Yes we made her pull the pumpkin wagon to the car!
But the grand finish of the day was Sophie dancing to the live band they had! Of course, Grams and Gramps Robertson joined in!
As usual, she dance a lot better and more intense before I got the camera rolling. I never catch the right moments on film.
Anyway it was a lot of fun...I can't believe how having a toddler makes silly things like a pumpkin patch the coolest thing we have done the last few months! We love our little one!
OHHHH side side side note. Some chick was there that must have been really close to her due date. She had a pumpkin painted on her belly and walked around showing it off the entire day....WEIRD!!!
